Attorney Requirements: Licensed in good standing to practice law in Illinois Minimum of 5 years’ experience inHR/Employment Law In-depth understanding ofHR/Employment Law in licensed State Clear, concise, comprehensive written communicator - able to provide written, complete answers to client inquiries in one response in most cases Some research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines Self-starter and able to work independently The Attorney pay rate starts at $75/hour.
