Position: Marketing Expert — Field Marketing (AI Agent Environments) Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design task briefs from your field marketing or events experience, focusing on the task's true test and decision-making. Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution. Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from plausible-but-wrong responses. Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against your standards. Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize, plan, execute, QA, triage, research, evaluate, report, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools. Qualifications Must-Have Hands-on experience in field marketing or events . Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and project trackers like Asana or Linear . Clear written reasoning. Preferred Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies. Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
