We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial International Recruitment Consultant to join our global network of freelancers, specializing in BPO industries such as Customer Service, Call-Center, Sales & Marketing. Your Role As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe. You will work independently while collaborating with Atlean World , taking ownership of your vacancies, candidates and results. What You Will Do Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World . Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and networking. Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team. Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets. Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies. Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals. Build your professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment. Requirements What We Are Looking For: We are looking for people who see recruitment as more than a job! Has excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Has prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry. Is familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms. Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment.
