The Director, Global App Enablement is a highly skilled and proactive leader who translates product strategy into scalable enablement programs, equipping the business to drive meaningful platform adoption and value realisation through consistent, high-quality resources. Your will work autonomously, taking accountability for creating, executing and distributing these resources and building a long-term strategic roadmap. You possess the autonomy to execute all tasks independently, with a long-term horizon and broad scope of influence, and are ready to mentor and guide others within the team. You will be the SME across potentially multiple [CAPABILITY AREAS] and design, develop and execute enablement programs that drive adoption. You will partner with cross-discipline product and go to market teams to support current capabilities and future releases. You will build trust quickly, fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders who will help to deliver enablement ‘to the edge’ allowing us to reach the scale of our full organization and value from our capabilities. They will see you as their trusted advisor and SME in the App/Capability areas that you support. You will monitor adoption metrics to identify areas for improvement and increased engagement, contributing directly to the platform's success and capabilities. You will champion the voice of the customer and contribute to the continued enhancement of our capabilities through data-driven and balanced feedback. You will work closely with other Global Enablement Leads to ensure that processes, ways of working and outputs are consistent and high quality across our different Platform and App Capability areas. You will have strong people leadership skills and a core ability to influence others with autonomy.
