As a Research Associate (RS), you will be part of the Talent Analytics Team in Human Capital Solutions department of Abacus. You will be given hands-on experience on different Compensation & Benefits projects for a wide range of local and multinational organizations from different sectors. Ideal candidate should have: Positive & Learning Attitude Commitment to excel A Team Player who gets alongwell with others The ability to work on tight timelines Experience : Around 1 year of experience in the field of HR / Rewards/Payrole Education: MBA (HRM)/Masters from an HEC recognized university with majors in HR Skills: Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Power Point Good communication skills both written and verbal Originally posted on Himalayas
