PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $250,000.00-$300,000.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 annually. At BECU , compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. You will set the direction, operating model, and governance for enterprise delivery while leading a large, multidisciplinary organization responsible for complex initiatives, programs, and projects. Through close partnership with executive and senior leaders, you will align priorities, strengthen accountability, address enterprise-level risks and barriers, and improve visibility into delivery health. Your leadership will elevate delivery excellence by scaling effective Agile, project management, and program management practices, building leadership capability, reinforcing operating discipline, and fostering continuous improvement across the function. WHAT YOU’LL DO •Shape Enterprise Delivery Strategy: Set the strategic direction and operating model for enterprise delivery across major business partner portfolios, ensuring delivery practices, governance, and execution routines support organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes. •Develop and Support Your Team: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to encourage employee performance, and meet with staff in a timely manner to conduct performance evaluations. •Lead a Multidisciplinary Organization: Guide a large delivery organization of scrum masters, project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders. •Oversee Portfolio Delivery Performance: Ensure strategic initiatives, programs, and projects are planned, prioritized, sequenced, resourced, and executed in alignment with enterprise commitments, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes. •Partner Across the Enterprise: Work with senior leaders to align priorities, monitor execution health, resolve enterprise-level barriers, and support effective communication and decision-making across portfolios. •Create Clear Accountability: Define performance expectations, metrics, escalation paths, and governance forums that provide timely visibility into progress, risks, issues, and trade-off decisions. •Manage Risks and Dependencies: Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management across portfolios so barriers to execution are identified early, escalated appropriately, and res
