The Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst isresponsible forimproving organizational efficiency by analyzing data, processes, and systems. The scope of this job includes creating clear and concise documentation, as well as surfacing relevant insights to business stakeholders. We are currently hiring for our evening shift from 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday with some weekends and Holidays.It will involve working with offshore vendors to ensureappropriate staffing. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources toidentifytrends and support decision-making processes. Assistin evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis toidentifyareas for improvement. Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team. Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges. Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization. Perform other job duties as assigned. Required qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 0-2 of Relevant Work Experience Preferred qualifications Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Job Expectations Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
