Role Summary We are hiring a Remote Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, manage internal workflows, coordinate team members across departments, and maintain clear communication with clients. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the high standards Remotual is known for. The Project Manager will also help streamline operations and implement systems to support future growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee project timelines, deliverables, team capacity, and task prioritization Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and clients Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment and timely execution Track progress through project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) Identify risks or bottlenecks early and implement mitigation plans Prepare status reports and lead project-related meetings Improve and document internal processes for repeatable workflows Assist with onboarding new team members and standardizing team operations Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in project or operations management Prior experience in a remote working environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, Drive) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Experience managing cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRMs and client reporting tools Experience in professional services, staffing, or agency environments Background in operations, administrative support, or client success Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or related field Talent sourcing or recruitment experience is a plus Work Culture and Benefits Fully remote work setup Flexible hours with a focus on output and accountability Autonomy in daily decision-making and workflow ownership Monthly team engagement initiatives Professional development and learning opportunities Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Clear growth pathway to senior roles Interview Process Submit your application via the link at the bottom of this page If shortlisted, you'll be invited to a 30-minute screening interview Second-round interviews are 90 minutes and may include practical scenarios Hired to Complete TOD Please include the following phrase at the top of your cover letter: “Vision without traction is merely hallucination.” Benefits Hourly Compensation Perfomance bonus Details Originally posted on Himalayas
