Social Media Manager (Organic Growth, Community Engagement & Content Strategy) – Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead organic growth, content publishing, and community engagement across major social media platforms. This is not a content scheduling role. You’ll be responsible for building engaged communities, increasing organic visibility, maintaining brand voice, and turning content into meaningful conversations that drive audience growth and engagement. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure content reaches the right audience, sparks interaction, and strengthens the brand across every platform. What You’ll Own Content Publishing & Scheduling Publish and schedule content across: Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook LinkedIn Optimize: Posting schedules Content formats Captions Platform-specific best practices Maintain organized weekly and monthly content calendars. Ensure consistent publishing across all channels. Community Management Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions. Engage actively during the critical first hour after publishing content. Foster conversations that strengthen audience relationships. Increase: Comments Shares Engagement Community participation Build meaningful relationships with followers through proactive interaction. Brand Voice & Copywriting Write compelling, platform-specific captions and post copy. Maintain a brand voice that is: Conversational Engaging Professional Authentic Adapt messaging based on audience behavior and platform trends. Ensure consistency across all communication. Organic Growth Strategy Develop strategies to increase: Organic reach Audience engagement Follower growth Brand visibility Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay current with: Platform algorithm updates Emerging trends Viral content formats Continuously refine content strategies using performance data. Content Planning & Campaign Execution Manage: Weekly content calendars Campaign schedules Product launches Promotional initiatives Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align content with broader business goals.
