Guardian is seeking a Key DSO Dental Account Manager to lead the recruitment, onboarding, retention, and management of national, regional, and mid-sized Dental SupportOrganizations(DSOs).Inthisrole,youwillserveastheprimaryrelationshipownerforassignedDSOswhilecollaboratinginternallytodeliverexceptionalservice,maintaincompliance,andstrengthen Guardian 'sdentalnetwork. Youare Anexperienceddentalnetworkrecruiterorproviderrelationsprofessionalwithastrongsalesandrelationshipmanagementbackground. SkilledatbuildingpartnershipswithlargegroupdentalpracticesandDentalSupportOrganizations. Aneffectivecommunicatorwhoiscomfortablepresentingtoexecutivesandinfluencingkeydecisionmakers. Astrongnegotiatorwhocansuccessfullymanageprovidercontractingdiscussionsandreimbursementconversations. Customer-focusedandproactive,withtheabilitytoresolveissuesquicklywhilemaintainingstrongproviderrelationships. Knowledgeableaboutdentalbenefitproducts,includingPPOandDHMOplans. Organizedandself-directed,capableofhandlingmultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. Youhave RequiredQualifications 5+yearsofexperienceindentalnetworkrecruitment,providerrelations,providercontracting,ordirectsales. 5+yearsofexperiencewithinamanagedcareenvironmentworkingwithdentalproviders. Experiencenegotiatingprovidercontractsandreimbursementarrangements. Experiencemanagingrelationshipswithlargedentalgroups,DSOs,orproviderorganizations. Strongpresentation,communication,negotiation,andrelationshipmanagementskills. ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuiteincludingWord,Excel,Outlook,andPowerPoint. Abilitytotraveloccasionallybasedonbusinessneeds. PreferredQualifications Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentrelatedbusinessexperience. DirectDSOrecruitmentandaccountmanagementexperience. SalesforceCRMexperience. Knowledgeofdentalnetworkoperations,credentialing,re-credentialing,andregulatoryrequirements. Experienceanalyzingproviderutilizationtrendsanddevelopingactionplans. Youwill Recruitanddeveloprelationshipswithnational,regional,andmid-sizedDentalSupportOrganizationstostrengthen Guardian 'sdentalnetwork. Negotiateprovidercontracts,reimbursementarrangements,andnetworkparticipationagreementswhilebalancinggrowthandfinancialobjectives. ServeastheprimarypointofcontactforassignedDSOs,ensuringexcellentservice,issueresolution,andongoingpartnershipdevelopment. Present Guardian 'svalueproposition,products,andnetworkopportunitiestoexecutiveleadershipwithinDSOorganizations. Partnerwithinternalteamsincludingproviderrelations,credentialing,compliance,operations,andnetworkmanagementtodeliveraseamlessDSOexperience. Leadonboardingandrelationshipmanagementinitiativesthatimprovepartnersatisfaction,retention,andoperationalefficiency. Monitorprovidernetworkperformance,directoryaccuracy,compliancerequirements,andutilizationtrendstoidentifyopportunitiesandmitigaterisks. Supportre-credentialing,delegatedcredentialing,qualityreviewactivities,audits,andotherstrategicnetworkprojects. Identifymarkettrends,competitivechallenges,andemergingDSOopportunities,providingrecommendationstoleadershiptosupportnetworkgrowth. Maintainaccuraterecords,reporting,andaccountdocumentationwithinCRMsystemsandinternaldatabases. Location This role is remote. Travel Occasionaltravelrequiredbasedonbusinessneeds. Salary Range: $68,970.00 - $113,310.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
