Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant with prior legal experience to support our legal team during a part-time trial period, with the intent to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident, communicating with clients in both written and verbal formats. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with leads via phone Conduct client intake calls and accurately complete intake forms Prepare and complete legal documents using firm-approved templates Communicate professionally with clients in both languages Assist attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks as needed Practice Areas Personal Injury Workers’ Compensation Criminal Defense Required Qualifications Fully bilingual (written and verbal proficiency required) Prior legal assistant or law office experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Preferred Qualifications Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or criminal defense Familiarity with legal intake procedures and document preparation Employment Structure This position begins as a half-time trial role. Upon successful completion of the trial period, the position will transition to full-time employment.
