What You'll Do Client Consultations & Benefits Education Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone Connect with individuals seeking information about available benefits Identify individual and family financial protection priorities Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options Answer questions clearly and professionally Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment Assist with required documentation Build Long-Term Client Relationships Your relationship with clients continues beyond the initial enrollment. You'll also help with: Policy reviews Beneficiary updates Coverage questions Policy and account service requests Claims-related guidance Follow-up communication Changes in family protection needs Ongoing client support The goal is to become a trusted resource for the families you serve.
